Over the past 25 years, Elke Edwards has founded and scaled two award-winning businesses: Blue Sky — a global learning consultancy operating across 37 countries, acquired by Capita in 2013 — and Ivy House, a pioneering organisation dedicated to transforming how we develop leaders.

She has worked with thousands of leaders across every sector and coached some of the most senior executives, politicians and public figures through moments of real pressure and change, from the 2008 financial crash to Covid. She has advised C-Suite executives at over 50% of the FTSE 100 and worked with global brands such as L’Oreal, Jaguar Land Rover, M&S, Aviva, NatWest, The Economist, Google, Mitsubishi and the BBC.

Today, Elke focuses on sharing her game-changing insights into human leadership through keynotes, roundtables, The Friday Question, articles, interviews and books.

Her first book, Extraordinary, was a bestseller; she is currently writing her next, One Wild Idea. As global change only accelerates and the stakes for leaders continue to grow, she is more passionate than ever about her mission to help leaders escape old and flawed ways of doing things so they can live better lives — and lead in a way that transforms companies, communities and the world.
